" Non-Nilotic Rivers" means rivers that are not connected to the Nile through its waters.
“Berths” means those natural, or built by man on both sides of the Nile, or non-nilotic riverbeds, or other streams, between which water flows, or those that are constructed in any specific cases, to protect the lands and properties adjacent to the aforementioned streams .
