1- This law shall be called the “National Hunting and Fishing Protection Law for the year 1986”.

Explanation .
3- In this law, unless the context requires another meaning: 3
“Pest” means, in relation to any area, any animal in the presence of which harms that area or threatens the safety of humans, animals or property in that area;
“Masterpiece” means any dead wild animal or part of it, whether it is freestanding or embedded in a manufactured tool, unless it has become in an indistinguishable form due to manufacturing or has been included in the manufacturing process.
“Protected masterpiece” means a masterpiece that includes a protected wild animal or any part thereof.
“Bird Sanctuary” means any area that is spawned throughout the country in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 for the purposes of protecting non-domesticated or migratory birds,
“National barn” means any area separated across the country in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 for the preservation and reproduction of wild animals and wild plants or for the protection of its landscapes and geological formations of special scientific or aesthetic value for the pleasure or benefit of the public in general. wild, ecological and natural,
