This law shall be called the "National Biosafety Law of 2010".
The provisions of this law shall apply to:
(a) any process or work that takes place inside the facility, equipment or building for the purposes of a genetically modified organism or a product of a genetically modified organism;
(B) The non-exclusive use of a living genetically modified organism or a product of a genetically modified organism for direct release into the environment, food, feed, vaccine, or manufacturing, concerning the import or export of a genetically modified organism or a product of a genetically modified organism that poses risks to human health, biodiversity and the environment .
