This law shall be called the "National Biosafety Law of 2010. The provisions of this law shall apply to:
(A) any process or work that takes place within the facility, equipment, or building for the purposes of a genetically modified organism or a product of a genetically modified organism.
(B) Unlimited use of a genetically modified organism . Or a product of a genetically modified organism for direct release into the environment, food, fodder, vaccine, or manufacturing concerned with the import or export of a genetically modified organism or a product of a genetically modified organism that has risks to human health, biodiversity and the environment.
